A well know brand in Beauty industry is hiring Area Sales Manager who has a strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. As Sales Representative you would be responsible for selling products to specific customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience with establishing the brands footprint.
Here's What You'll Do Day-to-day
A field intensive role where you help B2B Salon market, engage and connect with their audience better by selling our products
Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads, which could range from stand alone salons to chains/brands
Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of the on ground team along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work
Job Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales calls and quote requests to focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as increasing conversion gains with new customers
Recommends products considering customer needs and interests
Makes decisions based upon an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
Revenue responsibility of geographical areas within the state
Meeting the quality and compliance requirement of the organization
Use the necessary sales tools to understand the customer s need
Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.
