Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ASM/BM - Sales professional based in Mumbai. . Key tasks include identifying and developing customer relationships, presenting and promoting products, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends. The selected individual will also oversee team,branches, manage customer service needs, and ensure long-term business growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
• Ability to deliver effective Training to both clients and team members
• Knowledge in the water industry or industrial product sales is highly desirable
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
