Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Growth Manager with a strong background in App Store Optimization (ASO) and growth strategies to join our team. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth specifically through ASO and other growth channels. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical ASO knowledge and strategic growth management skills to optimize our app’s performance in app stores, attract quality users, and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and execute growth strategies with a primary focus on ASO to drive organic user acquisition.

l Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve our app’s discoverability on app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).

l Optimize app listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals) based on data-driven insights to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to align ASO efforts with overall growth strategies.

l Analyze user data and ASO metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and refine strategies based on insights.

l Implement A/B tests on app store elements to determine the impact on conversion rates and user retention.

l Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and algorithm updates to adapt ASO and growth strategies.

l Use performance marketing techniques alongside ASO to maximize user acquisition and retention.

l Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth progress and identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

l Proven experience in growth management with a strong emphasis on ASO in mobile applications, and technology.

l Proficiency in ASO tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action) and familiarity with app store algorithms.

l Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.

l Hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

l Familiarity with performance marketing techniques and channels that complement ASO efforts.

l Excellent communication and project management skills.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
