About the role:

The Category Manager, School Services is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Category Management strategies, programs and business plans to improve supply chain outcomes for high volume, low risk and standardised goods and services. The role also manages end-to-end tender and contracts processes and provide expert advice on procurement policy, planning, contract formation, and contract management to support effective and compliant procurement practices across the organisation.

Qualifications:

Essential: Nil

Desirable: A relevant tertiary qualification. CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply or similar.

Special conditions:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:

ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
