Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ASPA-IPSA Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions within the ASPA (Application Services Platform Architecture) and IPSA (Integrated Platform Services Architecture) frameworks. This role requires extensive technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable and robust solutions using ASPA and IPSA frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and design reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Implement and maintain high-performance, secure, and reliable application platforms.
• Optimize application architecture for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application architecture.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical estimates and timelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Expertise in ASPA (Application Services Platform Architecture) and IPSA (Integrated Platform Services Architecture).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
