About the Role
You’ll be part of our reinstatement crew, restoring road surfaces, footpaths and driveways. This hands-on role involves operating tools and machinery, preparing sites, and completing work to a high standard. The work is mostly day shifts around metro Melbourne, with occasional night & weekend shifts required.
Key Responsibilities
Operate small tools and equipment such as demo saws and compactors
Drive heavy rigid (HR) trucks
Operate excavators/bobcats
Follow safe work practices and traffic management plans
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
Complete pre-starts and basic job paperwork
