Job Description
This is a transformational role within the Aspire and GCFO Change Department. Aspire is a multi-year strategic investment programme to transform GCFO into a modern, globally consistent organisation with skills, capabilities and jobs that match competitor banks. The programme is responsible to develop and implement the GCFO strategy to deliver the GCFO Change agenda and Aspire programme (> %24400m investment) into the bank and ensure the target business benefits are realised.
This change agent role is responsible project managing a portfolio of deliveries under the FM Aspire strategic deliverables. The role requires strong project manager knowledge understanding of both agile and traditional delivery approaches. The role will also require ability to build enhanced project governance, & bring together various delivery partners both within Aspire, & across other key functions such as FM Operations, & FM Technology.
Strategy
• Stand-up new projects embedding governance and project artefacts that are appropriate to the Hive – these will include amongst others: Outline Design, process flow diagrams and KPI definition and measurement and high-level impact assessment.
• Own the agile front-to-back delivery for Aspire FM HIVE
• Ensure test acceptance criteria is at story level and define the definition of #done#
• Collaborate on the Sprint cadence with Chapter and Hive lead
• Define the risk-based testing approach, identify and document agile test metrics and KPIs.
Business
• Stand-up new projects embedding governance and project artefacts that are appropriate to the Hive – these will include amongst others: Outline Design, process flow diagrams and KPI definition and measurement and high-level impact assessment.

Processes
• Define and agree with the Hive lead which documents will be owned by the cluster leads and scrum masters. Confirm the frequency of update and refresh
• Define and agree which High Level Plans, Level 2 and level 3 delivery plans link to the sprints
• Plans should include Agile test quadrants (see below), Dress Rehearsal, Cutover plans, Sprint plans, Integration plans and Data acquisition plans
• Define and set-out dependency management
• Work with the Cluster lead and scrum masters for the end-to-end test road map
• Drive Transparency across project plans and deliverables. Facilitate Risks Issues and Dependencies reporting and drive collaboration in mitigating the same
