Job Description

Position Overview: As an Assamese-speaking DRA Certified Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be responsible for delivering voice-based support to customers, primarily assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing clear, effective, and empathetic communication.

Key responsibilities of the Assamese-speaking DRA-certified customer service associates in Kolkata:
• Provide Voice-based support to customers.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Preferred candidate profile for the DRA-certified customer service associates, fluent in Assamese in Kolkata:
• Bachelor's degree
• DRA certification
• Excellent Assamese and English communication skills.
• Should be willing to work in a rotational shift.
• Should be willing to work in the office
• Candidates pursuing their graduation through distance learning can also apply, provided they take the examinations within six months of joining.
