The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a dedicated team covering: hand assembly, warehouse, pick, pack and despatch, your task will be to introduce structural and cultural change, to drive continuous improvement and lead a 25 strong team in the pursuit of operational excellence.
You
"Hands on" Assembly and Logistics professional, with experience of Hand Assembly, Warehouse, Pick, Pack & Despatch operations.
Demonstrable track record of introducing positive change, creating lean and customer focused operations.
