Qualifications
Assembly of aerospace structures
Communication, verbal and written (English)
Composite edge seal, de-flash sanding and pinhole fill/paint prep of panels
Computer skills (MS Office & business system)
Hand tool proficiency (drills, +0 degree grinders, routers, manual rivet squeeze, knives, etc.)
Part traceability
Power tool proficiency: band saws, drill presses, riveters, pneumatic press, etc
Read and interpret technical documents (dwgs, Mylars, specs, M&P etc.)
The Mechanic must have a mechanical aptitude, the ability to use precision tools, and the ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings, process specifications, and planning documents
Must be able to lift 30 lbs

Organizes, plans, prioritizes & completes work on time
