Your Day-to-Day
Hands-on assembly of our metal access panels.
Operating a variety of hand and power tools with precision.
Priming and preparing goods for the next stage of production.
Carefully packaging finished goods to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition.
Keeping the workshop safe, clean, and organized (OH&S is a priority here).
What We’re Looking For
The Basics: You are hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
The Skills: Previous experience with hand/power tools is a must.
The Mindset: You can follow instructions to the letter but also have the initiative to work unsupervised.
The Eye: Strong attention to detail—you care about the finished product.
The Attitude: A positive, "can-do" team player who is willing to learn.
