Objective: Machine Assembling, disassembling, and Trouble Shooting
Education: ITI in Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsible Areas
• Responsible for performing mechanical assembly & testing as assigned by supervisor / team leader.
• To maintain the 5s in workplace.
• To ensure the Material received from store.
• To Perform the Cleaning, retaping, removing of burrs before Assembly the part
• Ability to use Hydraulic, pneumatic and hand power tools.
• Ability to use manual and hydraulic torque wrenches.
• Reading & understanding of drawings, procedures, work instructions and specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining the identification and traceability of the product and preservation of product.
• Assembly / Testing defect identification and trouble shooting
• Material Handling - Crane operation, selection of slings, movement of materials.
• Ability to perform Dimensional inspection & measurement.
• Maintain Assembly Self Inspection Checklist & other Document
• To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications
• To implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the senior personnel, so that quality of products is maintained
