Drive Credit Cards sales to Asset Database customers. Drive BDR Productivity, Cross Sell and Qualitative parameters. Build and nurture relationships with Retail Asset Teams. To coach, mentor and motivate the BDR team to enhance productivity, Conduct regular training and refresher sessions to BDRs/Retail asset teams To drive cross sell products at Pre & Post issuance level in order to increase card activation & Usage Right Card To Right Customer approach by upgrading existing card to ensure increased usage and spends It requires effective channel communication through right MIS
