Position Purpose Recruitment of Assets Desk Manager for business expansion. B. PositionResponsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Sourcing Mortgage Loan, HDFC Home Loan & RBL X sell products from branches. 2 Strong Inter personal skills and developing individual relations with branch team for generation of leads.
Making joint calls to customers with branch team 3 Maintaining excellent rapport and co-ordination with HDFC Ltd and RBL X sell teams for business growth.
4 To be a key facilitator between RBL branches and HDFC Ltd /RBL X Sell teams 5 Must have experience of LAP (Mortgage) sales 6 Working Knowledge of legal and technical for Mortgage Loan C.
Qualificationsand Experience Requirement Qualifications Essential Minimum Graduate from any stream Experience Essential Min 2 years Sales experience in selling/sourcing of Asset products in the given market.
Should be local resident of the location and well versed with the market D. Competency Requirements a. TechnicalSkills Skill Attribute Good analytical skill with positive attitude b. BehaviouralSkills Skill Attribute Team player with stable work mind set
