Job Description
You will be part of the Gobal Business Intelligence team which is focused on using data to identify and optimize sales productivity and business development efforts, steer development of marketing strategies, oversees the entire lifecycle from acquisition to analytics to delivery of increased ROI, new business and sales growth. You will work closely with sales management, advisors and the marketing team to steer strategies and foster change management. The aim is to shape distribution strategies through data-driven insights, and to embed these analytical processes into the organization's decision-making framework to continually improve and evolve the insights delivered to the business
Job responsibilities
Support initiative(s) to deliver information and business intelligence strategies across Sales & Marketing groups. Ability to understand key business drivers / questions , translate into structured analysis and providing business insights
Perform analysis on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
Working with technology teams to create a center of excellence around visualization strategies, Design and implement solutions including executive reports, dashboards and data quality tools - Standard Reporting and Ad hoc support responsibilities across the business channels, product and management
Develop a strong understanding of different data sources, identify gaps in data quality / accuracy and eventually setting to continuously improve the data across platform. Provide expertise of application, e.g., understanding of functionality, capabilities and limitations. Provide support for reporting issues
The role requires coordinating and working primarily with the Distribution teams and their partners (Client Service, Marketing, Product, Finance and Technology) to help facilitate the sales process

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Understanding of Investment Management Business, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts preferable
MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or other quantitative-focused field preferred
Strong visualization capabilities and experience with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc). Experience in a data visualization, product analytics and/or product growth/optimization role focused on digital experiences (mobile, web, video, commerce/subscription)
Experience using enterprise scheduling / reporting tools (Business Objects is a plus)
Technical expertise in data mining (SQL, Python, etc)
Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis, actionable insights, and work directly with product and business owners to implement and measure recommended actions
