We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client's full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
You will be responsible for delivering Fund and Client mandate implementation across region which includes account record creation and maintenance for various products/instruments to facilitate trading operations. This is a key role wherein daily interaction with representatives from various functions of the business and external parties. This role also includes the implementation of new business opportunities and mandatory requirements through regulatory changes.
Job Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Client onboarding Managers for new account launches which includes clients and funds mandates.
You need to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders & external market participants.
You will co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors (custodians/ transfer agents) with required documentations for the mandate setups.
You will work in partnership with Client Account Managers to respond to queries. You will be responsible to Maintain account data & investment guidelines as well as manage projects & automations initiatives.
You will be Managing internal /external audit requests as part of control agenda.
You will ensure all standard operating procedure and inline and up to date with business functions. You will be responsible to manage the MIS reports for management as part of Governance agenda and reporting as per business requirement.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Post Graduate, MBA with 3 years of experience in Financial Services industry or Graduate with 5-6 years of experience
Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail, highly Vigilance, Effective monitoring etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, work within a team environment
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Investment Banking/Asset Management
