Job Description
You will focus on growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product, as well as retaining current assets. You will initially focus on managing our regular updates to clients through pitchbooks and data-led reports, while learning about our business. You will respond to adhoc queries from our stakeholders around the world and across varying functions, setting up new reporting requirements, trouble-shooting any data and reporting issues.
Job Responsibilities
Update, maintain and improve client materials including pitchbooks and review material
Respond to adhoc requests from stakeholders, with an initial focus on data-led queries
Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team
Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires, with an initial focus on data-led components
Attend PM meetings and take notes for IS team use, while activity supports developing written skills and deepening knowledge to leverage in client work
Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)
Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing information
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
4-5 years' experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and execute new and adhoc tasks quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including in English)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Creative and solutions-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint
Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Strong macro, market and portfolio commentary writing in English
Proficient at creating new marketing material including new pitchbook slides
Financial qualifications such as CFA, CAIA and/or further education i.e.: Masters
