About the role:
Lead the full asset management function, including lifecycle planning, condition assessments and risk based maintenance.
Oversee a team to ensure accurate forecasting, asset data quality and effective planning.
Manage a broad range of critical assets; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant and equipment, and building infrastructure.
Partner with internal stakeholders and client representatives to prioritise works, manage risks and support operational continuity.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing systems, processes and asset performance across the precinct.
What you’ll bring:
Strong background in asset management, including lifecycle and maintenance planning
Engineering qualification (Mechanical or related field) preferred
Experience managing or mentoring small teams
Ability to influence, innovate, and uplift asset management practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
