Experience: 5-10 Years
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience Required in End User Support (EUS).
In charge of asset management and end-user assistance across all bank branches.
In charge of overseeing end-user services, mobility support, help desk operations, branch network management, asset management, email management, and tools & mobility support and services.
MDM (Mobile device management) expertise and exposure, BYOD device management, end point kiosk MDM deployment, and mobility
Knowledge and in-depth knowledge of end user tools, platforms, and technology, such as antivirus, end point backup, virtualization, encryption, and security tools.
Expertise implementing new projects for upgrading desktop, laptop, and hand-held devices, setting up networks, and deploying new tools.
