Assistant Accountant – Inchcape Australia | Norwest, NSW
We're on the lookout for a driven Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team at Inchcape in Norwest. This is your opportunity to work with a global company while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting and reconciliations.
What You’ll Do:
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
Maintain general ledger reconciliations and assist with BPC reporting
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Manage balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline
Assist in internal and external audits
Collaborate with our GBS Offshore team and drive process improvements
Uphold Inchcape’s InControl financial standards and safety protocols
What You’ll Bring:
Degree in Accounting or Finance (or working towards it)
3-4 years' experience in a finance/accounting role
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
A proactive, collaborative attitude
