‘Hindustan Feeds’ is a professionally managed agro-based company which has manufacturing units located in Baramati, Satara, Shrirampur & Merta (Rajasthan). Hindustan feeds is a market leader that has a strong presence in the cattlefeed industry with a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following role at our Baramati plant.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
Ø Inventory Accounts
Ø Purchase accounting and Bill Passing
Ø Sales and customers accounting section
Ø General Ledger Accounting Section
Ø Manufacturing accounting section
Ø State Excise Formalities
Ø Insurance Data Preparation
Ø Budget Planning and Budget Performance Reviews
Ø Monthly Profit Planning and Profit Variance Analysis
Ø Maintain asset register as required under companies Act
Ø Productivity Norms :- preparation of daily ,weekly ,by-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
productivity norms data regarding Production qty, Power, Fuel, Breakdown, Downtime,
rejection, Production per hour, Molasses consumption, Manpower, Maintenance cost
etc.in standard formats.
Ø Project Evaluation, Project Accounting and Project Monitoring.
Ø Cost Allocation and Analysis
Ø Undertake the monthly reporting of financial performance.
Ø Provide professional financial support to the other departments.
Ø Effective control of financial processes and delivering operational excellence.
Ø Provide analytical support on key/new business projects.
Ø Audit and reconciliations.
Ø Provide financial information to management by analyzing accounting data.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have an M.B.A / Intermediate CA / ICWA with 12 to 15 years of experience.
