As a Assistant Accounts Manager · Manage the daily operations of accounting
• · Must know Journal entries and Bookkeeping.
• · To verify all accounts entries and to correct the irregularities if any.
• · Knowledge of GST, Eway Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word etc.
• · Manage all phases of accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
• · Must have experience related to Direct & Indirect Taxes.
• · All compliances relating to Indian direct taxes.
• · To prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company.
• · Must have experience to handle the cases for EPF, ESIC, Gratuity.
• · Assisting in finalization of accounts with schedule annexures.
• · TDS proper deduction and timely deposit of tax.
• · Employees Taxation and Payroll processing.
• · Able to handle work load.
• · Manage Activities Independently.
• · Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
• · Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• · Candidates should have 60% above through-out their academics. Ability to learn things fast.
• · Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery.
