Full Job Description
Provide general administrative, human resource, and customer support including taking calls, scheduling meetings, emailing, and internal coordination with team members
Maintain petty cash, office supplies, office expenses, and bank statements for coordination with internal and external accounts
Coordinate with external technical support for maintaining hardware/software
Assist in resolving administrative problems including office space bookings, data entry, and scanning documents where needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers, counselors, and directors. Coordinate with all internal departments on tasks and success. Recording minutes of meeting
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Skills and Requirements:
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in english
Teamwork skills
