Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Architect with experience in liaisoning work related to municipal approvals and online building plan submissions. The candidate should have a good understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and submission of architectural drawings for approval through BPMS platforms.
• Coordination and follow-up with Municipal Authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions.
• Preparation of municipal drawings as per UDCPR norms and guidelines.
• Support the senior architect in documentation, compliance, and submission work.
• Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status.
• Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required.
• T.P. Clint in BPMS tracing of Municipal drawing.
Required Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of BPMS online systems.
• Good understanding of UDCPR and municipal drawing requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liaisoning and municipal submission work.
Salary:
• Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
