Title -- Assistant Bank Manager
Graduate in Commerce/Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA (Finance)/Semi-qualified CA/CS/ICWA
Experience – 4 - 5 Years
CTC – upto 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Support in Corporate Finance Activities
Data Management relating to Banking Finance
Maintaining trackers/MIS for recurring/periodic finance activities
Co-ordination including exchange of Information with lenders, inter-
- Departments/Bus, Consultants/Auditors/Agencies appointed by
lenders for various purposes, etc. Review sanctions/loan documents/MIS etc.
Preparation of FFR/QIS/CMA/Stock Statements for Banks
Preparation of presentations/discussion materials
Key Competencies
Keen to build a career in corporate finance role
Good inter-person communication skills
Hands on experience in SAP, MS Office (excel, word, ppt), Power Bi, etc.
Fair knowledge of financial statements reviews and usually applicable IND AS including financial ratios analysis.
Is able to independently co-ordinate with first level officers from lenders/consultants/auditors etc
