The Role
We are looking for a seasoned and knowledgeable Assistant Bar Manager with comprehensive food and beverage expertise to help lead operations at our Hill Street Bar. In this role, you will oversee services and collaborate closely with the Outlets Manager.
Talent Profile
What we are looking for:
A dedicated and career-oriented hospitality professional with at least 2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and executing a diverse range of beverages.
Enthusiastic about training and developing staff.
Excellent grasp of labour costs and control, cost of goods targets.
Good understanding of stock control and POS reporting.
