Assistant Branch Manager - SME
Job Responsibilities:
• Explaining customers, the different credit options available.
• Develop loan application and give recommendation for approval.
• Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Will be responsible to provide required service to the customers from first interaction till exit.
• Giving timely collection reminders to customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience into sales of Unsecured Business Loans.
• Graduation in any Stream.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi and local language).
• Open to travel in rural interiors along with strong geographical knowledge (DL & Bike Mandatory).
