Job Description
OT INDIA is a tea company, supplying the freshest, and finest quality teas, expertly selected, direct from source. Our office and factory are based in New Delhi.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
• Monitor market and consumer trends
• Develop distribution strategies
• Contributes to the development of local brand positioning, associated sales themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics
• Manages new product development projects / launches in the market, and supports the development of pricing strategies in cooperation with the Commercial Manager and distributors
• Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc
• Support the head of marketing and creative directors with offline activations
• Support the head of marketing and creative directors with advertising our products to the right platforms
• Support the head of marketing and creative directors with offline marketing decisions
• Contact and find vendors for offline marketing projects.
• Keep track of emails and organise and maintain relevant data
• Find new hires and vendors whenever needed
• Be flexible with the type of responsibilities given
• Share relevant material to support the sales team
Reporting And Other Key Relationships
The role reports to the CEO, Brand Director and Business Manager of OT India.
Qualifications
• Curiosity, fresh perspectives, attention to detail and a can-do attitude are key abilities that the incumbent is expected to bring to this role.
• The ability to stay on top of technology and startup trends and funneling insights into content strategy required.
• Work experience in beverage sector will be an added advantage.
• 2+ years of work experience from FMCG industry.
• A masters degree required in Sales, Business, Marketing or related discipline, preferably from Premier Institute.
• The position requires appreciation and understanding of sales, marketing, business management, and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
• This role requires the individual to be flexible in terms of the type of work given.
• Strong computer skills are a must.
Salary:
The salary for this position will be competitive and will depend on experience.
