Assistant Brewer
Successful Assistant Brewer applicants will have at least one years' experience in a similar role. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the experience and qualifications of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $26.50 - $32.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Head Brewer in all brewing related requirements, including keg washing, milling, brewing, quality testing and canning.
Supporting the Head Brewer with compliance with regulations, and health & safety.
Delivering beer for local orders on the island.
Frequent heavy, manual lifting required.
Supporting the Events Team with movement of furniture and fittings for weddings and events.
Must hold a manual driving licence and be willing to obtain a forklift licence.
The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our brewing process as well as the sale in front of house so the role may include shifts in our Alibi Brewer's Lounge.
Duty Manager licence preferred, but not essential. We will consider funding this application for the right candidate.
Administrative Assistant
Successful Administrative Assistant applicants will have at least two year's experience in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the experience and qualifications of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $26.00 - $2+.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
This role will be primarily supporting the marketing and HR teams.
Marketing support will include copywriting and preparing promotional emails.
You will be admin focused, well-organised, and have high attention to detail.
Technical experience preferred, but not essential, particularly experience with Google Adwords, Sevenrooms, Adobe, web-based softwares, and digital marketing platforms.
Events Assistant
Successful Events Assistant applicants will have at least two year's experience in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the experience and qualifications of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $30.00 - $33.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
This role will be primarily supporting the Events Manager with all aspects of events, including tours, promotion, planning, and coordinating.
This role will involve evening and weekend work.
The candidate will need a duty manager licence or be eligible and willing to obtain.
In addition to events support the role will include FOH shifts.
Reservations Assistant
Successful Reservations Assistant applicants will have at least two year's experience in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the experience and qualifications of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $30.00 - $33.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating all reservations enquiries, including by email, by phone and through Sevenrooms.
Liaising with front of house managers regarding bookings, availability and options.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be able to manage a high volume workload, and have strong communication skills.
Vineyard Workers
We're looking for vineyard workers for our upcoming season starting from around Mid-November to December 2026. Successful applicants will enjoy working outside and have an interest in the winemaking process. The wage bracket for this position starts at $23.85.
