• Responsible for ensuring new branches are opened as per the schedule
• Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely opening and smooth running of the opened branches
• Ensure customer acquisitions, Interest collection and cross-selling as per AOP
• Manager the regional heads of MML regions effectively.
• Regional Heads of MML branches reports into the ABH MML
• ABH MML reports into CGM-BPD of MFIN
