Your one-of-a-kind new role with Travel Associates:
As a Travel Associates Assistant Business Leader, you will bring together your proven leadership, mentoring expertise, and travel consulting experience to inspire a high-performing remote team. You will be responsible for driving the success and growth of both the business and the advisors within it - empowering them to thrive, stay connected, and deliver exceptional service from anywhere.
Your one-of-a-kind benefits:
Uncapped Earnings with a base wage + commissions - Currently annual average earnings of $110,000 OTE including super across the brand
Luxury travel industry perks – There's no better way to recommend premium product than by having experienced it first-hand. Get ready to be invited to try premium air, cruise and land product for yourself. In this calendar year alone 40% of staff have taken an educational trip
Quality time with clients - as a Travel Associates consultant we don’t service a queue, we meet with our clients at a mutually agreed time in exquisitely designed business locations. We learn about them and form lasting connections to create a travel partnership that is ongoing and repeated
Autonomy, freedom and flexibility – You know how you work best and what it takes to be a success. As a Travel Advisor for Travel Associates, you run your day and your client relationships to suit your own unique style. Travel Associates are open to flexibility with work arrangements including part time and full-time employment
Surround yourself with the best in the business – Our people are at the top end of the industry. They have admirable knowledge and a comprehensive repertoire of skill, with staff retention at 96% and an average tenure of 15 years in industry
