Develop Sales Strategies for Slow Movers:
Analyze sales data to identify slow-moving products. Develop and implement strategies to boost their performance, including targeted promotions and repositioning efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience:- 4-7 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or beauty sector.
Education:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:- Partner Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
Assortment Planning:- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to curate effective product assortments.
Technical Proficiency:- Experience with website catalogue management and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Inventory Management:- Skilled in managing inventory, forecasting demand, and controlling OTB budgets.
Promotional Strategies:- Ability to plan and manage effective promotional campaigns.
Sales Strategy Development: Experience in creating and executing strategies to improve the performance of slow-moving products.
Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
