About the Centre:

Located on Walkers Road in Upper Caboolture, and open from 6.30 am - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, our early learning centre offers high-quality child care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Each day at Milestones is filled with exciting opportunities to play, explore, and discover. Our indoor and outdoor environments are thoughtfully designed to support learning through play, and our onsite chef prepares fresh, healthy meals each day

About the Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
A current Working with Children’s Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
