We are seeking a natural leader to step into the full-time role of Assistant Centre Manager. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting our people to deliver outstanding results across all areas of the leisure centre, ensuring the successful delivery of our City of Sydney contract.

Key accountability:
Proven team leader or people management and have an overall ability to lead, motivating a team and developing others.
Manage key areas including but not limited to sales, member retention, guest experience, customer service, health and wellbeing to drive overall success.
An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, and risk management. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational standards including mandatory reporting and safeguarding protocols.
Managing a team and aligning their skills and interests with the needs of the customers and wider business.
Essential qualifications:
Full time working rights in Australia
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
A valid Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Willing to get)
Desirable qualifications:
Pool Operations Certificate
Certificate III in Fitness
Certificate IV in Fitness
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
