Job Title: Assistant Cluster Manager - Chai Point Retail Stores
Location : Mumbai & Goa
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Lead and oversee a team of vending machine operators across multiple locations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team productivity.
2. Operations Management:
Implement and maintain efficient operational processes for vending machine installations, refills, and maintenance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely restocking of supplies.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Address client concerns promptly and work towards effective solutions.
4. Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within the vending machine business segment.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and new client acquisition.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the operation of vending machines.
Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain high product and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the vending machine or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
