Preparing financial model, Information Memorandum and Teasers
Assisting in industry research, legal updates with respect to taxation
FEMA and Corporate Law and report preparation.
Should be passionate about finance.
Should be self-motivated and self-driving personality.
Should have capability and interest of understanding and analysing annual reports of varied industries.
Should have deep interest and aptitude for further studies.
Intense urge for finding solutions for any operation, project, and problems.
Experience with Rating agency, credit appraisal with bank, financial institution, debt syndication.
Should have good writing and spoken English skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
