Opening for the role of Assistant Editor Content for an Edtech Start-up.
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
byteEDGE is a new-age mobile learning experience platform purpose-built for today’s modern workforce for providing them with the necessary performance support they need by way of skilling, reskilling and upskilling them daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design learning journeys, Curate and Edit course content and deliver mobile-first courses.
• Mentor a team of content writers to build best practices and nurture their professional skills.
• Align Content as per global standards of corporate and enterprise L&D requirements.
• Ensure that content meets the client's needs and follows our in-house instructional design guide.
• Research, Create & suggest topics for modern learners.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs of the team.
Requirements:
• MUST have experience of working in an L&D function. Has proven & prior experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, L&D Content Writer, or worked in similar roles.
• Is Dynamic, Curious, Creative and with Fluent written communication and eye for detail.
• Exhibits a high level of agility and creates a harmonious and agile environment for team members.
• Is fuelled by an intrapreneurial and growth mindset.
• Has knowledge of the latest and most effective learning and development practices.
• Is familiar with e-learning platforms and how they work.
• Possesses a BA/MA in English, HR, Business, Psychology or related fields.
• A professional certification in L&D, power skills, people skills, content writing, etc., will be a plus.
This role is not applicable to Social Media Content Editors.
