We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cook Assistant with expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and develop their skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation. They should be well-versed in both traditional and modern cooking techniques, and be able to create dishes that are both visually appealing and delicious.
In addition to their cooking skills, the ideal candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management skills, and be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately. They should also have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, and be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
