We have a 3-star categorized hotel with 45 rooms in Bangalore. For this property, our requirement for Assistant Cook to administer the following works sections and the guidelines to be followed. Our major guests are corporate sector officers who have an enriched taste bud as they visit various restaurants. So, we need a cook who can prepare the best quality north and south Indian dishes and also who can improvise new recipes when and needed.Role of the candidate:(URGENT VACANCY)1. Must know both north and south Indian dishes.2. Food quality must be extremely fine.3. Should be able to keep track of expenses for the following:-a. Dairy productsb. Veg-non-veg itemsc. groceries4. Improving the quality of the food by improvising new recipes. Also if needed can implement new recipes.5. Food quality is must. Management will not compromise in case of any complaints from customer regarding the quality of any complaints from customer regarding the quality of food. Protocols to be maintained while working in the kitchen1. Should be able to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and minimize wastage of cooking ingredients2. No food products used for cooking should be left open.3. Food products stored in the kitchen fridge should be covered properly4. Proper maintenance of hygiene is a must.5. No cooking area shall be left dirty.
