Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely execution.
Monitor and evaluate CSR projects, providing regular reports to management.
Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Engage employees and stakeholders through awareness campaigns, training, and volunteer opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory CSR requirements.
Stay updated with CSR best practices and industry trends to improve effectiveness.
Represent the organization at CSR events and conferences.
Skills Required
Fresher’s with exposure to social work, NGOs, or CSR activities.
Strong understanding of CSR concepts, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with social issues, community development, and environmental sustainability.
Passion for social causes and commitment to making a positive impact.
