Experience: 12-15 Years
• Experience in commissioning of land and documentation requirements in state industrial development corporations, e.g., GIDC and Liasoning work with Various Govt. Department Factory, Fire, PCB, Health etc.
• Individual exposure for developing green field project.
• Exposure in building new site for pharma R& D & manufacturing units.
• Leading design meetings to identify and target cost effective strategies and approaches.
• Inviting project meetings and leading discussions on relevant issues.
• Developing green field projects strategies for new construction/renovation projects.
• Exposure in reviewing technical documents like building plans, specifications, and submit to ensure that design intent and certification requirements are incorporated.
• Strong industry relations and ability to discuss and convene to government officials as & when needed.
• Educating team members on and facilitating, documenting, and tracking compliance.
• Able to publish the work plan and update periodically to management.
• Conducting construction inspections to ensure that projects are built as designed as per requirement.
• Conducting post-occupancy evaluations of projects to ensure they are performing as intended.
• Writing reports and case studies.
• Connections with industries reputed builders, suppliers, and ability to evaluate the capabilities.
• Exposure in setting up Pharmaceutical Lab.
• Handling and coordinating various architects, engineers, vendors to finish Lab set up work in specific time.
• Exposure in review of Civil design, Electrical Design, HVAC design, Fire and Safety design, and Utility design.
• Skilled in Auto CAD or equivalent software.
• Monthly project update presentation to management.

B. Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Diploma
