Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, client service oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Design Consultant
You will work closely with customers both in the showroom and in the field to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design solutions for a variety of spaces in the home
You will partner with both the Sales and Operations teams to assist with client related tasks and project needs
Act as the “In-House” Showroom designer engaging with potential new clients and introducing them to our Company, process, and design software
Conduct consultations with clients to determine their preferences and needs and deliver creative, customized designs
Utilize CAD software to create design layouts and visualizations
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and understand their feedback
Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Assist the Showroom Coordinator, and Management with all administrative, operational and customer service-related duties
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
