Fixed, full time vacancy for 12 months in Darwin, Northern Territory
The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) is a sophisticated agency that provides a unified enterprise-wide approach to deliver corporate and digital services to Northern Territory Government (NTG) agencies. DCDD partner with agencies and provide expert advice on Human Resources and Digital Solutions and develop and deliver transformative solutions across NTG.
The Workforce Development division is one of the key enterprise services delivering strategic organisational Workforce Initiatives to NTG agencies. As the Assistant Director Early Careers, you will lead a small team to deliver strategic early careers programs to support in addressing workforce shortages across Government.
The successful applicant will have the following:
Prior experience leading, supporting and managing a small team and fostering a positive workplace culture
Experience developing and delivering workforce development programs to address priority areas
Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Prior work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Development, Learning and Development or similar.
