The Opportunity: Assistant Educator - Bus Driver
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week is a must. Permanent Part Time
Hours: Split shift 7:30am-9:30am & 2:30pm-4:30pm
Location: Springfield
Compensation: Up to $31/hr + Super + 15% Retention (Based on role and qualification)
ASSISTANT EDUCATOR (Bus Driver)

Your Responsibilities:
Contribute to the care and education of children through supervision and engagement
Prioritize children’s health and safety.
Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
Hygiene and cleaning practices, nappies, mopping and tidy up
Certificate lll in Early Childhood or higher or enrolled and actively working towards, or happy to obtain
Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
Up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate/s
Clean Open Driver's License

TRAINEE

Trainee & Apprentice:

Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the care and education of children
Engage in fun, play-based learning activities
Support children’s health, safety, and well-being
Work collaboratively with educators and families
Help with daily routines such as meals, tidying, and activities
Qualifications / Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in high school
Commitment to completing Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Queensland Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication skills and reliability
