As an integral member of our event planning department, you will play a crucial role in the execution of a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to elaborate social celebrations. With your keen attention to detail and passion for creating memorable experiences, you will assist in the planning and coordination of every aspect of our events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with venue selection, vendor management, logistics planning, and participant engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating all aspects of events from inception to completion
• Maintain communication with vendors and service providers to ensure timelines are met
• Help manage event logistics, including venue setup and tear-down
• Support the marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels
• Assist in budget tracking and reporting on event expenses
• Prepare event materials, including programs, signage, and registration lists
Skills:
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
