- Event production;
- Event budgeting;
- On-ground managing of the event ;
- Vendor/venue management & development i.e. identifying new vendors & venues;
- Planning & Logistics;
- Management of event payables;
- Liaison for permissions, licenses ;
- Preparing detailed proposals for events, to include timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations ;
- Post Event Evaluation
