Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning & Coordination: • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget for events. • Research and recommend venues, vendors, and suppliers. • Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and project plans. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. • Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas. • Budget Management: • Prepare detailed budgets for each event. • Track event expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines. • Handle payment processing and invoicing for vendors and contractors. • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: • Coordinate with caterers, decorators, audio/visual teams, transportation companies, and other suppliers. • Ensure that all vendors deliver their services as per agreements. • Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients, keeping them informed of event progress. • Event Marketing & Promotion: • Develop promotional strategies to increase attendance and engagement for events. • Work with marketing teams to design event invitations, flyers, and other promotional materials. • Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. • On-site Event Management: • Oversee the logistics on the day of the event, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. • Direct staff and volunteers to set up, manage, and dismantle the event. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event, ensuring that attendees' needs are met. • Post-Event Evaluation: • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients, attendees, and vendors. • Provide reports on the success of the event, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, and budget compliance. • Identify areas of improvement for future events. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience in event planning or management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,507.+8 - ₹40,313.5+ per month
