To assist the Executive Housekeeper in performing her duties and also to carry out assigned tasks in the Department. Co-ordinate and guide the activities of the Housekeeping department in providing the highest level of safety comfort & hospitality to guests & ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness & hygiene in all areas, as per international standards, thereby achieving maximum guest satisfaction & organizational profitability, in an atmosphere of high employee morale. To assist in preparing budgets for all circulating Housekeeping inventories. Key Skills: Sharp analytical mind, with good attention to detail. Ability to multi-task on issues. Ability to work independently and on own initiative. Professional approach and demeanor. Good organizational, communication,interpersonal and team skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Hospitality educational qualification. Awareness of hotel product. Thorough understanding of Housekeeping. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and yield management trends and techniques.
