Key responsibilities:
1. Research to identify and analyze trends and techniques.
2. Proficient in Illustration/Sketching /Sampling - hand and digital.
3. Collaborating with different teams - design, production, embroidery, etc.
4. Assisting head designers in client interactions, trial sessions, and delivery.
5. Garment designing by ensuring product-brand fit.
6. Organizing company events such as fashion shows, celeb meet, launch, etc.
7. Floor management.
8. Stock management & maintenance.
