An active person ready to work hard .Should have good design sense, aesthetics and basic knowledge of patterns.Should be well versed with indian and western wear and should be well connected with the current trends. A social media enthusiast .Should be a person who can take resposibilities and plan work flow properly.Also should be able to work with the masters and the sampling tailors.
Basically ,to put in a nutshell .a designer who is ready to work and loves fashion.
